Free Shipping Policy
Your order ships for free using standard ground (or freight service when applicable for large items) to the 48 contiguous United States if the value of your order totals $100 or more. * Some items excluded from Free Shipping as noted. Free shipping does not apply to post office box addresses; please provide an alternate address. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.
International shipments are not eligible for free shipping.
Oversize Handling Fee
Outside of the Free Shipping Policy we may charge a $10.00 shipping carrier fee for single items considered over sized by the shipping carrier; thus weighing more than 70 pounds and/or that have a single length dimension of over 60 inches. This amount is typically added to your order at check out. You may also be notified of the handling fee following the placement of your order.
All orders will first clear credit authorization before shipping. Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions. Charges are calculated before taxes. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. All orders are subject to verification.
If you choose to return or cancel an order, shipping is non-refundable. Please see "Returns & Exchanges" page for further explanation.
Freight Shipments / Large Items
Large and/or heavy items may require a freight shipment. In this case, a representative from the shipping carrier facility will contact you by telephone to arrange a convenient time for delivery using the telephone number listed on your account. Someone 18 years or older must be available at the time of your shipment appointment to receive and sign for delivery. The shipper typically contacts you within 7 business days of the ship date to make an appointment for delivery. You may need to arrange to move the package off the truck and/or into your home. You may want a friend or family member to help you. The carrier may offer to leave the package at your door or exterior entrance to your building. For an added fee, the carrier may offer to help move the package into your home. The option is separately negotiated with the carrier at the time they call you for delivery. You will be responsible for any assembly and/or installation. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more information.
We currently do not offer "White Glove" receiving and assembly service for large furniture and outdoor furniture items. We are looking at this as a future service offering.

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. For example, some tools, hardware, electronics, and outdoor living items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico if they are extremely heavy, oddly-shaped, or considered hazardous.
Please also note some apparel, furniture, outdoor living items, housewares, tools and hardware items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Simply provide an alternate mailing address in this instance.
You'll be notified while or after placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product page "Details" tab for item-specific shipping restrictions.
Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Shipping will be calculated using real time rates and will be revealed to you at the Checkout page process.
Shipping charges are based on carrier, terms of carrier delivery and/or other values such as weight and/or dimensions. Shipping costs are determined by carrier rates from our product warehouse locations, to your address.
Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are unable to use any other private or commercial shipping account that is not our own. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Carrier Tracking and Contact Information
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package via the "Your Account, Order Status" page. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed on your order, in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.
Items sold and shipped to destinations within the state of California are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.
